Have you ever sat down and wondered what life really means? Why is it so important? Life is short and many people do not realize it. If people don’t stop and look around once in a while they’re the ones that are going to miss out. Life can be like a broken winged bird that cannot fly. It can also be like a bad dream, one that you are waiting for to end. Life can also be fun, fun, and fun! In life, people especially young folks, never realize the importance of life until death snatches those you love right out of your grasp! Death is said to be the termination of life and sometimes people only appreciate life when someone close to them dies. Death is the key factor in forcing me to think about life. I can say death has really made me think about how life can be taken away within the blink of an eye. My friend, Camilo, was only 17 when he died. He was shot to death and died instantly. It really made me wonder, what is life? He died without even saying goodbye and it really hurt me. I also had a cousin that died at the age of 11.
