Memorial Roller Skating & Hockey Championship was hosted by Adarsh
Public School Vikas Puri, New Delhi on 10th - 11th December 2010. Over
900 students in Speed Skating & Roller Hockey participated in the 2
day Championship. Leading schools & clubs like Sachdeva Public
School, Queens Valley School, Vishal Bharti, Mamta Modern School,
Rainbow School, Ryan International, Salwan School, Bal Bharti Public
School, Punjabi Bagh Club, Acers Skating Academy, etc participated
fiercely in the various races namely, adjustable, quads, inline, relay
& Roller Hockey categories like midzets, sub-junior & junior.
The Chief Guest on the Opening Ceremony Mr N.C. Mathur, President Indian
Stainless Steel Development Association (ISSDA).
The
speed champions were awarded with Reebok Shoes apart from Medals &
Certificates. The Overall Rolling Championship Trophy was given by Mr
P.K. Sahgal, Chairman- Adarsh Public School's to ACERS Skating Academy,
Rohini based on the International point system. |
